Fellow Binancians,

Binance is excited to announce the launch of the Futures Dollar-Cost-Averaging (DCA) Bot, a new automated trading tool for Binance Futures. This bot is designed to help traders automate the DCA strategy, potentially achieving better average entry prices for their futures trading positions in volatile markets.

What Is the Futures DCA Bot:

The Futures DCA Bot is an automated trading tool that implements the Dollar-Cost-Averaging strategy. It works by automatically increasing the user’s position size at pre-set percentage changes in market price. This approach aims to achieve a more favorable average entry price if the market moves unfavorably after the initial trade and later recovers. The bot also includes an automatic Take Profit feature to close positions once a predetermined profit target is reached.

Key Features & Benefits:

  • Automated and Flexible Position Management: Set your strategy once, and let the bot automatically adjust your position size. Customize parameters like price deviation, volume multipliers, and stop conditions for greater control.

  • Potentially Lower Average Entry Price: By systematically adding to a position, the bot can help lower your average entry price if the market rebounds.

  • Automatic Take Profit Execution: The bot automatically closes your position when your profit target is hit, securing gains without manual intervention.

  • High Risk, High Reward Strategy: The bot offers the potential to recover losses faster during strong market rebounds, but also carries a significant risk of loss if the market continues to move against your position.

How to Get Started:

  1. Access the Bot:

    • Website: Log in to your Binance account and go to [Trade] > [Trading Bots] > [Futures DCA].

    • App: Go to the [Futures] tab, and tap on [Bots] > [Futures DCA].

  2. Set Up Your Strategy:

    • Select a supported USDⓈ-M Perpetual Contract.

    • Configure your parameters, including Price Deviation, Take Profit Target, Investment Margin, and the maximum number of DCA orders.

    • Utilize optional Advanced Settings like Price and Order Amount Multipliers, Start Conditions, and Stop Loss to further refine your strategy.

  3. Launch the Bot: Once configured, launch the bot to start automating your trades.
