Entre l’escalade des tensions entre les États-Unis et l’Iran, le pétrole qui atteint 90 $ et la peur générale sur les marchés mondiaux, les graphiques saignent. En tant que day trader sur Binance Futures, il est tellement facile de devenir émotionnel en ce moment. Quand tu vois le BTC chuter, tes doigts n’ont qu’une envie : cliquer sur le bouton « vendre ». Mais franchement, c’est exactement comme ça que les traders particuliers se font ruiner.
Je fixe les graphiques BTC/USDT depuis ce matin, et tout ce que je vois sur ces plus petites unités de temps (5m/15m), ce sont des pièges à liquidité conçus. Soit les gens essaient d’attraper le couteau qui tombe (en passant long), soit ils shortent exactement le plus bas.
Ma stratégie combine Smart Money Concepts (SMC) et Order Flow, et ma règle du jour est simple : ne jamais lutter contre la tendance principale, mais ne jamais entrer n’importe où, au milieu de nulle part.
Voici mon plan de day trading strict pour aujourd’hui : je NE RECHERCHE QUE DES SHORTS. Mais je ne short pas ici. J’attends que le marché reprenne son souffle et remonte pour balayer les premiers shorters avant d’entrer.

Si le BTC ne remonte pas vers ces zones et ne me donne pas une confirmation correcte d’order flow baissier, je reste les bras croisés et je ne fais rien. La préservation du capital, c’est l’étape une. Pas de setup, pas de trade.
