Binance does not pay cash dividends directly to your account for stocks traded on Binance (bStocks / Binance Stocks). Dividends and other corporate actions on the underlying stock are handled automatically through an on-chain rebasing mechanism called the "multiplier".Specifically for bStocks:Dividends: The dividend value is automatically reinvested into the underlying stock. Your bStock token balance increases proportionally via a multiplier adjustment (net of any applicable withholding taxes). No cash dividend is sent to your wallet or Funding/Spot account.Stock splits and other corporate actions: Your bStock balance is also automatically adjusted to reflect the new share ratio; no manual action is required from you.During corporate action processing, deposits/withdrawals/conversions for that bStock may be temporarily paused; spot trading generally remains available. You will receive advance notice via in-app notification / announcement page before processing begins.In short: you do receive the economic benefit of dividends when holding bStocks, but it is credited as an increase in your bStock token quantity (reinvestment), not as a separate cash payout.
