🚨 AVAX HAS A BIG NETWORK UPGRADE ALREADY LIVE
Avalanche’s Helicon upgrade is now live on Mainnet, bringing major changes to how the network executes transactions and handles staking.
The upgrade introduced Continuous Execution on the C-Chain, dynamic minimum gas pricing, auto-renewed staking, and a shorter minimum validator staking period. Validator uptime requirements also increased to 90%.
And there’s a fresh follow-up: AvalancheGo v1.15.1 was released on October 1, with improved snapshot performance. It’s optional but encouraged by Avalanche.
Meanwhile, Avalanche reports $1.79B in real-world-asset TVL and 1,255 distinct RWAs as of September 28.
