bStocks Decoded: Episode 2 - How Do bStocks Actually Work?
HOW DO bStocks ACTUALLY WORK? 🔍
The idea is simpler than it sounds. You have two main routes: you can buy bStocks on Binance Spot using USDT, or tokenize eligible Direct Stocks into bStocks at a 1:1 ratio. Once you have the tokenized security, you can keep it on Binance or withdraw it to a compatible BNB Smart Chain wallet for self-custody and potential use in DeFi.
And when you want to move back, eligible bStocks can be converted back at the applicable 1:1 ratio, with Binance stating that there are no conversion fees.
So the journey is basically: buy or tokenize → hold on-chain → use or self-custody → convert back.
What makes this different is not simply putting a stock name on a blockchain. It is connecting traditional securities infrastructure with the flexibility of blockchain-based assets. That’s the real bStocks concept.
Crypto involves risk. Not financial advice. bStocks are not stocks or shares and do not represent direct ownership of the underlying company.
