eCash has made a strong comeback after a sharp pullback earlier this week. The token recovered around 14 percent as buying interest returned and selling pressure began to slow.
The recent rally started after perpetual futures for eCash were introduced with leveraged trading. The announcement increased market attention and pushed trading activity much higher. Soon after the first rally many traders locked in profits and the price dropped from around 0.00001 dollars to nearly 0.000006 dollars.
Instead of continuing lower buyers stepped back into the market and defended the support area. This helped eCash recover and move back toward the 0.000008 level.
Trading activity has also increased during the rebound. Higher trading volume usually shows that more market participants are becoming active. At the same time new positions continue to appear in the derivatives market which suggests traders are still interested in the token.
Another positive sign is that exchange flows have become more balanced after the earlier wave of profit taking. Recent data shows fewer tokens moving onto exchanges which may indicate that some holders are choosing to keep their coins instead of selling immediately.
Technical indicators also point to improving momentum. The recent recovery has strengthened the short term trend and buyers are trying to keep control of the market. Even so the next price movement will likely depend on whether eCash can remain above an important resistance area.
The level around 0.000008 dollars is now one of the most important prices to watch. A strong close above this area could increase the chance of another move toward 0.00001 dollars. Reaching that level again would show that buyers have regained confidence after the earlier correction.
However traders should also remain cautious. A large part of the recent rally was driven by increased speculation following the futures listing. If buying activity slows or profit taking returns the price could move back toward the previous support near 0.000006 dollars.
For now the market appears more stable than it did after the initial selloff. Buyers have defended an important support level and trading activity remains healthy. Whether the recovery continues will depend on sustained demand rather than short term excitement alone.
The coming trading sessions will be important for eCash. If buyers continue supporting higher prices the token may have another opportunity to challenge the 0.00001 dollar level. If momentum weakens the market could enter another period of consolidation before its next major move.
