There are 2 ways you can buy in bearish market structures: ( $ETH example) 1) you can just buy it in the range and sit on it. It could take weeks or months before it reverses but you have a great entry. The downside is there is opportunity cost with that $ and you might be underwater (sometimes significantly) for a while. 2) you can buy the breakout and buy it higher.
