To clear outdated details from Claude's saved memory, first check which settings page your account has. Under the newer Settings > Memory, deleting a conversation leaves its memory entries in place. The legacy Settings > Capabilities system removes deleted conversations from its memory synthesis.
If your account has Settings > Memory, open Topics and read the relevant entries. Delete what you no longer want saved, or edit an entry to correct it.
