Crypto job postings more than tripled between July and September 2026 while applications fell by about 27% pointing to a recovery in hiring demand across the digital asset industry, according to a report by recruitment platform, CryptoJobsList.
Q3 2026 Hiring Trends on CryptoJobsList:
July: 107 Companies Hiring | 382 Job Posts | 26,728 Applications
August: 73 Companies Hiring | 886 Job Posts | 24,641 Applications
September: 125 Companies Hiring | 1,241 Job Posts | 19,605 Applications
Despite over 220% jump in openings, applications declined to 19,605 in September from 26,728 in July suggesting that employer demand increased even as the number of applications received through the platform fell.
