The @Trondao ecosystem has quietly crossed a milestone that deserves more attention. Total stablecoin capitalization on the network has surpassed $94 billion, according to on-chain data, with TRON ranking second only to Ethereum in the combined onchain market for tokenized assets and stablecoins.

TRON currently holds approximately $94.6 billion in stablecoins, the highest amount ever recorded on the network, and USDT accounts for nearly 98% of that supply. TRON's stablecoin market capitalization grew $4.8 billion over the past 90 days, surpassing the combined increase of the other nine chains in the top 10. That kind of organic, sustained accumulation is what sets this run apart from previous cycles.

DeFi Activity Driving the Growth

The stablecoin figures do not tell the whole story. Over the same three-month window, the DeFi side of the network posted equally notable numbers, with TVL growing by 29% and decentralized exchange volume rising by 31%. As of September 2026, the TRON blockchain has recorded over 405 million total user accounts, more than 15 billion total transactions, and over $28 billion in total value locked, based on TRONSCAN.

At the protocol level, lending platform @DeFi_JUST holds around $7.1 billion in collateral. JustLend DAO deployed SBM V2 in June, introducing isolated collateral pools to support long-tail assets while enhancing risk management. The protocol has also been expanding its reach: JustLend DAO was officially integrated into the Binance Web3 Wallet DeFi hub, launching dedicated liquidity pools to tap into the leading exchange's massive global user base.

SUN.io Handles the Volume

On the trading side, decentralized exchange @OfficialSUNio processed $1.31 billion in monthly volume through its automated market maker pools. SUN.io reports a total TVL of approximately $650 million across more than 26,500 active liquidity pools. Much of that activity has been powered by SunSwap V4, which launched in March. Within five months of launch, SunSwap V4 saw rapid adoption, with peak liquidity stabilizing at $108 million and 24-hour trading volumes frequently surpassing $70 million during peak periods.

TRON currently processes around $25 billion in USDT daily, and low fees and fast speeds have made it the primary highway for USD-denominated peer-to-peer transfers and transactions. With stablecoin supply still climbing and DeFi protocols expanding their product ranges, the network's growth trajectory shows no obvious sign of slowing.
