The stablecoin market has recovered roughly $4B since September, reaching around $270B, but it remains about $14B below its May peak.

That matters because stablecoin supply is one of the clearest ways to track liquidity sitting on the sidelines of crypto.

The recent recovery is a positive sign, but CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost says the pace is still too weak to provide the kind of liquidity needed for Bitcoin to push toward fresh highs.

The real signal will be whether stablecoin liquidity starts accelerating again.
