that last line is what people are trading. i'd read the three words before it instead 😁

what i'm actually looking at:
"part of the futures". nobody said which part, and that word is carrying a lot
the licence belongs to someone else, they're renting it
the CFTC approved nothing yet. a submitted structure is a plan, not a permission

honest version: a perps venue built to sit outside US reach is now asking for a key to the front door, politely, through a landlord

if it clears, the deepest derivatives pool on earth opens up and every offshore competitor has to answer it. if it sits in review, nothing changes except for the people who bought the headline
