Diversify across sectors, not just coins.

Holding 10 tokens that all move with BTC is not diversification. Spread across different narratives — Layer 1s, DeFi, infrastructure, stablecoins, real-world assets. When one sector corrects, others may hold or even rally.

True diversification reduces single-narrative risk.

这阵子我在看美股科技链，资金回来的顺序很有意思：不是先去追最会讲故事的名字，而是回到那些一旦资本开支恢复、需求扩张，业绩弹性就会被放大的环节。Lumentum 这类票就在这个范围里。它不属于情绪最热的中心，但往往更适合做“板块热度往产业链传导”这件事的跟踪。

我会把 $LITE 放进观察名单，仓位先开 2%，不追高，回撤还在 24h 区间里我就拿着，跌破 $892.44 我出。不是因为这家公司今天涨得多，+2.46% 其实不算激进，重点是它能排到美股永续涨幅榜 #7，成交额也有 $5.78M USDT，说明这不是没人看的冷门波动，资金已经开始给流动性。

盘面上我更在意两个点。一个是永续现价 $915.62 离 24h 高点 $936.82 还有距离，说明资金在推，但还没到失控追价的阶段。另一个是资金费率只有 +0.0376%，偏热但没到挤满一边，16,449 张持仓也说明有人在参与，不是空量反弹那种一脚油门就结束的走势。

基本面我不想编故事。按我对这个名字的常识级理解，它大致还是吃光通信、光器件、网络升级这条线的。这个方向的好处是，一旦算力、数据中心、传输升级继续推进，市场会去找那些不是纯概念、而是卡在真实设备需求里的公司。坏处也很直接：这类票节奏经常比大票更碎，行业订单只要放缓，资金撤得也快。

15 分钟级别直接突破了近 20 根 K 线的区间上沿，成交量是常态的 5 倍多，主动买盘明显占优（买卖比 1.47）。更关键的是 OI 在涨，而且是连续多个周期延续的那种，说明这不是空头回补的虚涨，更像是真金白银的新增杠杆多头进场。

现在整个池子里它的异常程度排到了 #7，名义变化也在前列。价格冲高 + 持仓量同步走高，典型的“多头加仓”结构，短期动能还在。

不过话说回来，这种位置往往也是情绪最亢奋的时候，追高的人要注意节奏。现在盘面确实强，但杠杆合约是双刃剑，持仓量异常这么高，一旦转向，回撤也是同级别的。

盯紧 15 分钟这个区间的得失，跌破且放量的话，故事就变了。眼下，让子弹再飞一会儿。

$UTK 这币不少人只记得它是老支付概念，平时成交不重，真进榜的时候反而更该先看“是谁把它推上来的”。

今天它能进现货涨幅榜 #7、成交额榜 #27，不是单看 +16.23% 这根日线。关键是 24h 高低点拉得很开，$0.0244 打到现在 $0.0080，低点是 $0.00677，说明上面追价的筹码已经被来回洗过一遍。再看现货成交有 $10.21M，成交笔数 136,826，这不是几笔大单就能做出来的，更像是情绪资金先把活跃度点起来，短线跟单资金再追进来。

我现在没开 $UTK 合约，理由很直接：这种票如果现货热度明显强于合约，资金费率和 OI 往往跟不上价格波动，追进去风报比很差。我要等的是两种结构。一个是回到 0.0072-0.0074 一带缩量，我挂 2% 现货试多，跌破 0.0067 出。另一个是合约端如果 OI 明显抬升、资金费率转正但价格站不回 0.01，上面我会找空，不反应过度。
