INTERLINK NETWORK REVERSE MODEL AT A GLANCE

The Interlink Network Reverse Auction Model represents a strategic departure from market-order buybacks, providing an alternative mechanism for token repurchases.
In a standard auction, one seller receives bids from multiple buyers, and the highest bidder wins.
In a reverse auction, the roles are flipped: one buyer which is the Interlink Labs\$ITL Foundation, invites multiple sellers (community token holders) to compete by submitting sell offers.
Instead of the core team buying native tokens (ITL) directly on public liquidity pools, community members voluntarily submit:
1.The quantity of ITL they wish to sell.
2.The minimum price they are willing to accept per token.
The network then sorts and fills orders starting from the lowest price submitted upward until the treasury budget or target buyback volume is reached.
*HOW IT WORKS*
1. Interlink Labs announces a buyback budget and parameters to the community.
2.$ITL holders submit private or escrowed orders specifying their amount and ask price.This is a voluntary submission of one's bid
3.Bids are ordered from lowest price to highest price.
4.Direct Settlement Orders are matched and settled directly from the treasury budget, leaving open-market DEX/CEX order books untouched.
