Binance temporarily suspended all deposits & withdrawals from 2019/08/23 5:30 AM (UTC) to 11:50 AM (UTC) due to unexpected connectivity issues from one of our service providers (AWS).
Binance has discussed with the AWS team and has already mitigated most of the issues. As such we will bring deposits and withdrawals back online intermittently over the next few hours.
