Binance Lite Referral is thrilled to announce the launch of a new Lite Referral promotion that offers multiple rewards. This promotion will run for two months. The rewards are limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. To become eligible, simply refer your friends to Binance.

Promotion A: Invite Friends to Earn Up to 600 USDT Token Voucher 

Earn up to 600 USDT token voucher by inviting your friends to join Binance via your Lite Referral ID/Link! The promotion features a total prize pool of 350,000 USDT in token vouchers.

How to Get Started: 

  • Step 1: Visit the Lite Referral Mode page during the promotion period and click on the [OK] button to start a new referral round, which will last for a maximum of ten days to accumulate 100 USDT in rewards. 

  • Step 2: Share your Lite Referral ID/Link with friends who have not registered with Binance yet. Encourage your referred friend to complete their a) account verification (KYC) and b) first single trade worth more than $100 on Binance Spot or Binance Convert.  Each of the actions will entitle you to a reward ranging from 0.005 to 10 USDT in your current referral round. 

  • Step 3: Users who successfully accumulate 100 USDT in rewards within a referral round are qualified to receive a 100 USDT token voucher reward within 48 hours. 

  • Step 4: Initiate next referral round and continue referring friends to Binance to earn more rewards. Each user will qualify to initiate a maximum of six referral rounds to claim up to 600 USDT in token voucher. 

Notes:

  • If a referrer fails to accumulate 100 USDT in rewards by the end of a referral round, the USDT amount accumulated in that referral round will be void, and no token voucher rewards will be distributed for that referral round.

  • To make it easier for referrers to unlock the 100 USDT token voucher reward in each referral round, Binance will provide every participant with an initial USDT amount at the start of each referral round.

  • Only those referrals who register with Binance while using the referrer’s Lite Referral ID/Link, and complete account verification or the first single trade worth more than $100 on Spot or Convert during the same referral round will be deemed valid. This means that referrers can receive USDT rewards up to two times from the same referral who completes both account verification and the first single trade.

A token voucher worth a Tesla Model 3 is offered as a reward in this promotion to one eligible user, who will be selected according to the rules below.

Winner Selection:

During the promotion period, new referrals who register via their referrer’s Lite Referral ID/Link will be ranked by their registration time, with every 100th user being selected. The referrer who invites the selected user with the highest total trading volume during the promotion period, will take home a Tesla Model 3!

Please note that the token voucher worth a Tesla Model 3 will be awarded in USDT token voucher equivalent to $40,240 - the purchase price of Rear-Wheel drive - on the Tesla USA official website at the time of this announcement.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Users in restricted regions are disqualified from participating in the Binance Referral Program as referrers or referred users.

  • Each new user can only be referred to Binance via one referral mode. If a new user registers for a Binance account via the Lite Referral ID/Link, the referrer will not be eligible for any commission-based rewards from the Standard Referral Mode.

  • Users must complete account verification before the end of the promotion period to receive any rewards.

  • Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this Promotion. Spot trades or Convert trades that are completed with a sub-account will not count toward the trading volume. In addition, deposits made via a sub-account, third-party payment method or account transfer will not count toward the deposit task requirement.  

  • Binance will use the real-time fiat currency to USD foreign exchange rates for calculating the USD value of deposits via fiat channels, as well as the price of the USDT trading pair at trading time to calculate the value of the cryptocurrency deposit and/or cryptocurrency trade completed during the promotion period. If there is no USDT pair for a specific cryptocurrency, it will be converted to another token or coin with a USDT pair to determine its value. 

  • Token voucher rewards are limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Users will not be able to participate in this promotion once all token vouchers are distributed. 

  • The reward of Promotion A:

    • Referrers can accumulate a reward ranging from 0.005 to 10 USDT from the KYC task or first trade task of every successful referral during the promotion period, based on the referrer’s historical activity with Binance. 

    • Only referral who is invited to register with Binance via the referrer’s Lite Referral ID/Link and then complete account verification and/or the first single trade worth more than $100 on Spot or Convert in the same referral round will count as valid referral.

    • Referrers who successfully unlock the 100 USDT token voucher reward must complete account verification before the end of the promotion period to receive the corresponding rewards. The token voucher rewards will be distributed within 48 hours of collecting 100 USDT in a referral round or completing KYC verification, depending on users’ KYC verification status. 

  • The reward of Promotion B: 

    • The Tesla Model 3 reward will be awarded in USDT token voucher equivalent to $40,240 - the purchase price of the Tesla Model 3 (Rear-Wheel drive) on the Tesla USA official website at the time of this announcement.

    • Only trading volume on Binance Spot or Binance Convert will count, and API trading will not count.

    • The USDT token voucher reward will be distributed within 14 days after the promotion ends.

  • The reward of Promotion C: 

    • Only the first 200 users who submit the survey after completing accumulating 100 USDT in rewards from a referral round, are eligible to receive the exclusive 10 USDT in token voucher.

    • 10 USDT token voucher reward will be distributed within 14 days after the promotion ends.

  • Users will be able to log in and redeem their token voucher rewards via Profile > Rewards Hub. The validity period for the token voucher is set at 14 days from the day of distribution.   • On top of the token voucher rewards in this promotion, referrers and referrals may each unlock a 100 USDT Trading Fee Rebate Voucher reward. The rewards become redeemable for both parties when referrals complete the Lite Referral Program’s deposit task, i.e., completing cumulative deposits of more than $50 equivalent within 14 days after registration via Cash Deposit, Buy with Credit/Debit Card, P2P Trading or Cryptocurrency Deposit.   • Binance reserves the right to disqualify and revoke rewards for participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the promotion, including but not limited to registering from the same IP or device, bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activity in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

  • At Binance's sole discretion, user participation will be considered without effect and users will automatically be excluded, disqualified and prevented from accumulating benefits, in cases where it is identified: 

    • Any violations of Binance's Terms of Use and its Compliance Policies, as well as attempted or proven fraud, human and/or through the use of technology; 

    • Manipulation of results or failure to fulfill the requirements and provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions;
