As a subset of transactions with unique event log records were not captured, there have been some delays in crediting certain Optimism (OP) deposits. After detecting and fixing it at 2022-06-01 11:10 AM (UTC), the majority of the pending Optimism (OP) deposits have been credited to users’ accounts, and users have been able to see their deposits being credited henceforth. 

We are doing another round of due diligence to ensure all pending Optimism (OP) deposits are captured and credited to users’ accounts in the next 24 hours.

To provide a better user experience, we are working on enhancing our monitoring system. We will delay opening spot trading when necessary to ensure a fair trading experience for all users.
