Binance Will Support the Native USD Coin (USDC) on Polygon Network

Fellow Binancians,

Binance will support the native USD Coin (USDC) on the Polygon network issued by Circle. Deposits and withdrawals will be open soon, and will be announced separately.

The bridged version, i.e., USD Coin (PoS) (USDC.e), which is already supported on Binance, will assume MATICUSDCE as the ticker.

Please note：

  • At 2023-10-25 06:00 (UTC), deposits and withdrawals of the current USDC on the Polygon network will be suspended.

  • USDC spot trading, margin trading, futures trading, Binance Earn and Binance Pay services will not be impacted.

  • Bridged USD Coin (PoS) (USDC.e) tokens will assume MATICUSDCE as the ticker on Binance. Deposits and withdrawals of MATICUSDCE will continue to be supported.

  • A separate announcement will be made once deposits and withdrawals of native USD Coin (USDC) are open.

  • Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
