Promotion A: Giveaway for New Auto-Invest Users - Share $40,000 in ARPA Token Vouchers!

New Auto-Invest users who create a single or portfolio Auto-Invest daily plan and successfully purchase at least 1 USDT equivalent of ARPA per day via the same Auto-Invest daily plan during the Promotion Period, will qualify to each receive up to $10 in ARPA token vouchers. The giveaway will be based on the criteria below.

Rewards Structure:

Tip: Start your Auto-Invest daily plan by 2023-03-03 22:00 (UTC) at the latest to qualify for $10 in ARPA token voucher. Only Auto-Invest purchases with the same Auto-Invest daily plan count toward the requirement for consecutive day purchases.

Promotion B: Giveaway for All Auto-Invest Users - Share $10,000 in ARPA Token Vouchers!

All users who create a single or portfolio Auto-Invest daily plan for ARPA and successfully purchase a total of at least $20 equivalent in ARPA via the same Auto-Invest daily plan during the Promotion Period will share $10,000 in ARPA token vouchers. The total amount of ARPA purchased via the same Auto-Invest daily plan during the Promotion Period shall determine the number of entries each eligible user receives.

The giveaway will be based on the criteria below.

Rewards Structure:

Please note: Each eligible user may qualify for a maximum number of four entries for this Promotion. This depends on the total amount of ARPA purchased by the user via the same Auto-Invest daily plan during the Promotion Period. 

Rewards Calculation:

Each eligible user’s rewards = (The user’s number of entries / Total number of entries from all eligible users) * $10,000 in ARPA token vouchers

Example:

• User X purchases an amount of ARPA that is worth $105, qualifying for 2 entries.
• Promotion B has a total of 5,000 entries from all eligible users.
• User X’s share of rewards = (2 / 5,000 * $10,000 in ARPA token vouchers) = $4 in ARPA token voucher

How to Get Started:

• Step 1: Click on the [Join Promotion] button on the activity page.
• Step 2: Create an Auto-Invest daily plan for ARPA and purchase ARPA successfully with the same Auto-Invest daily plan during the Promotion Period. Ensure that you have sufficient stablecoin balance in your Spot Wallet or Simple Earn Flexible Products to guarantee successful consecutive day purchases.
• Step 3: To redeem your purchased crypto, go to Earn Wallet. You can find your ARPA assets in Simple Earn Flexible Products.

Terms & Conditions

• Products and services referred to here may not be available in certain regions. In addition, the promotion is not available to users in Bangladesh, India or Nigeria.
  All new Auto Invest users must have their accounts verified​. 
• Users must click the [Join Promotion] button on this page to successfully participate in the Promotion.
• The rewards for Promotion A and B are not mutually exclusive. Each user may be eligible for multiple rewards, where applicable.
• The rewards for Promotion A are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. If the rewards pool reaches its limit before the user reaches a certain tier of consecutive day Auto-Invest purchases, the user may receive a token voucher reward with a lower value than stated in the rewards structure.
• Only Auto-Invest purchases with the same Auto-Invest plan count toward the requirement for consecutive day purchases.
• To assess users' eligibility for Promotion A, which requires consecutive day purchases, each day runs from 00:00 (UTC) to 23:59 (UTС).  
• Binance will use $0.03805 as the ARPA/USD exchange rate for rewards distribution.
• Rewards will be distributed by 2023-03-26. Users will be able to log in and redeem their voucher rewards via Account > Reward Center.
• The validity period for the voucher is set at 14 days from the day of distribution. Learn how to redeem a voucher.
• Auto-Invest purchases can be completed using either the single Auto-Invest plan or the portfolio Auto-Invest plan. Please note that Auto-Invest Index-Linked Plans are not eligible for Promotion A or Promotion B. 
• Purchases via Auto-Invest plan can be funded from either the Spot Wallet or Simple Earn Flexible Products.
• Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants showing signs of fraudulent behavior immediately.
• Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Promotion terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending these Promotions, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.

• Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
