Fellow Binancians,
Cardano (ADA) provides two wallet formats, namely Byron wallet and Shelley wallet. Currently Binance uses Byron deposit addresses, and supports withdrawals via Shelley wallets. The Cardano team has verified that a fully functioning Shelley wallet is capable of sending transactions to Byron wallet, and vice versa.
If the platform you are using is unable to support withdrawals to any of the Cardano address formats, please reach out to the respective platform for troubleshooting.
