- Subscription Format: Complete subscription on a first-come, first-served basis in accordance with the terms below.

- Binance Simple Earn will redeem the digital assets/digital currencies subscribed to Simple Earn Locked Products to Flexible Products at the end of the agreed subscription period. The value of digital assets/digital currencies fluctuates and is subject to change.
- Users can view their Locked Products assets by going to Wallets > Earn > Simple Earn > Locked.
- Users can enable the âAuto-Subscribeâ function before completing subscriptions to Locked Products, which will automatically renew their existing Locked Products position into a new position of the same duration upon expiry.
- Redemption time for Locked Products subscriptions: One day.

- About early redemption for Locked Products subscriptions: Users can choose to redeem their assets in advance. After choosing early redemption, digital assets will be returned to the spot account, and users will not be entitled to any rewards. Any distributed rewards will be deducted from the refunded principal. It may take 48-72 hours to receive the digital assets.

Promotion Period: 2023-04-18 02:00 (UTC) to 2023-04-25 01:59 (UTC)
During the promotion period, only users who fulfill the following requirements will be eligible to participate in this promotion:
- Attain a net purchase amount of 15 FIL or more (where net purchase amount means the total amount of FIL purchased on Binance Spot less the amount of FIL sold on Binance Spot).
- Subscribe a minimum of 15 FIL to 10, 30, 60, or 120 days of FIL Locked Products
All eligible users will be ranked by their net subscription amount to FIL Locked Products during the Promotion Period, and the top 100 eligible users will each receive $10 in FIL token voucher.
Terms and Conditions:
- Please refer to Binance Simple Earn Terms & Conditions prior to using any products on the Binance Simple Earn platform.
- The FIL rewards for the Promotion will be allocated in token vouchers to eligible users within three weeks after the Promotion ends. The amount of FIL distributed will be calculated based on the closing price of FIL on CoinMarketCap (CMC) at 2023-04-26.
- Users can see their rewards by selecting Account > Reward Center. Eligible users need to redeem the voucher before it expires in 14 days after distribution.
- Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants that, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or not in accordance with any applicable terms and conditions.
- Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or Promotion Rules at its sole discretion.
