Today I’ve been reflecting: for small-cap meme coins, is it the narrative that matters more—or is it the mindset and strategy of the traders and market makers?
Originally, I laid in for giggle. The bet was on its charitable narrative—I believed it was the only high-quality narrative in BSC that could keep going. I didn’t expect this position to take months, and it still keeps hovering around the cost line. Sure, I haven’t lost money, but I’ve sacrificed precious time costs as well. I made a precise choice and bought in the bottom range of a small-cap altcoin, and now I have to admit I picked the wrong target—this is true for form, and it’s also true for giggle.
Looking at a few other meme coins from the same period, they already came up from the bottom and have multiplied many times—like Hakimi, Binance Life, “I’m fucking here,” and today’s hot coin, lobster. I used to think these were all just air; getting listed on an exchange was the last leg, and there was no story left to carry on. But now the market never looks at it that way. Retail investors’ consensus capital amounts are basically insignificant in the face of the project team and market makers.
I may have already missed this round of the small-cap altcoin main pump, but there’s nothing to be done—now I can’t chase other coins higher. For me, the risk is too big, and I’ve never trade on the right side of a move.
$FORM The other day I made a profit of 3000u and didn’t exit. Now the profit has been given back. Luckily I held firm at the high point and didn’t add to chase longs, otherwise I’d already be in unrealized losses now. I’ve been observing for a long time and still can’t figure out this group’s trading style. Just by holding a bit of a larger perspective, you still can’t make money. I still remember last year, when it abruptly crashed from 4u to 2u: suddenly, on the square, hundreds of new accounts appeared, and all of them had only one piece of content. The content was exactly the same—over the course of several days they spammed the feed. Of course, the posts were narrative propaganda, telling stories and trying to trick people into becoming exit liquidity. At the time I noticed this strange phenomenon—anyone who was playing this coin back then probably remembers it. I even posted a few times to complain about how shameless it was. I didn’t expect it to drop to 0.2 in less than a year. But I’m still bullish. The current price is still very attractive to me, unless the team gets lazy and stops working on the project. In the short term it’s likely still going sideways. The day before yesterday’s top just finished releasing volume, so there won’t be a v-shaped reversal. We need to shake out some of the people trapped at the top, and then continue upward 👆 Go long, manage position size, and stay patient—it’s fine to hold. For friends who do this with time, think in months!
$SOLV This one has been wrapped up first. Actually, the uptrend is still intact, and the main force is continuously accumulating. The K-line looks pretty nice too.🥺🥺 But today’s PPI data isn’t very good, and next week the Fed is probably going to raise rates. In the short term, the overall market will definitely see wild fluctuations. To manage positions well, since the other coins have larger allocations, for hedging/avoidance I first closed out the solv. I held this trade for a month. The position was small, but I still made a coin price that doubled. I’m also very satisfied.👏👏 Altcoins actually aren’t short of opportunities to make money—just wait patiently for the chance. When it reaches the target price in your heart, enter without hesitation, and then quietly wait for the flowers to bloom. If there’s a suitable opportunity later, I will take solv back again.
$GIGGLE expected-in-advance pin arrived on schedule, a healthy pullback, still bullish on the subsequent trend. After all, it’s a good narrative—once Ethereum breaks through the resistance level, that’s the beginning of the coin price taking off. But make sure you manage your position: if Ethereum continues to move downward, it may need to test the support range around 28.
$GIGGLE daily chart has already had 5 consecutive red days. Be careful about a short-term downward spike, and manage your position size well. Recently, the main target that Binance has been supporting is still those Chinese coins of BSC. First, there was Binance Life launching the spot market, and now even when the market runs up, they’re also going to launch spot trading pairs. This also includes the futures listings for Hakimi a few days ago. Although CZ keeps mentioning GIGgle from time to time, the market has become increasingly immune to this kind of news. In the short term, it jumps a few percent, then keeps dropping back again. While the charitable narrative is pretty good, I just don’t know who has been suppressing the price— it simply won’t rise. Could it be that the chips are too concentrated? Is there still a large sell order sitting overhead—always from big players? In any case, it has truly turned into one of those roadside weeds now. This small bull run basically hasn’t had much upside. But since this position has been held for so long already, we still need to wait for things to bloom—be a friend of time. For now, just hold it, on a monthly basis!

$FORM can you come for a really satisfying, smooth surge? Every time I pull, it drags on and feels messy! Hey! This deal has been in hand for a few months. I need to find a good moment to get out 😟$FORM
$GIGGLE $BTC For contract traders, paradoxically, a bull market is often easier to lose in than a bear market. Short-term volatility is high, and getting trapped in FOMO emotions makes you, without realizing it, take on an oversized position. Then when the market briefly stabilizes and pulls back, your position gets “precision-bombed” directly! Don’t think that in a bull market prices only go up! In a bull market there are big surges and big drops—there are frequent wick spikes—but the candlestick will eventually close back. Being liquidated passively becomes upside liquidity. The most important thing in a bull market is to survive; as long as you’re still in the game, there are endless possibilities. For retail traders, what you can do is control leverage, control your position size, and manage your emotions well. If it still doesn’t work, give up on contracts and focus mainly on spot trading—this can help you avoid the sharp wick spikes caused by short-term market swings. This is not financial advice. These are the things that a beginner must do to avoid liquidation in the contract market!
Your "get rich quick" mentality is the real culprit preventing you from making big money — By Pickle Cat
I bought my first Bitcoin in 2013. As a seasoned investor who has lived to 2026 and experienced over a decade of market cycles, I've seen countless ways this market can destroy and ruin people. I've discovered that over this long period, there seems to be an undeniable ironclad rule: That is, in this circle, the definition of "winning" is never how much money you make. Everyone who has been involved in this circle has made money at least once, no matter how novice they are or how small their initial capital is; they can become a "genius" for a short time. So what exactly is "winning"? It's making money and being able to keep that money even years later.
