I encountered a website, https://hafi.io and these are the form of the website too doing the same thing: https://abul.io , https://wugy.io , https://vres.io etc. which claimed to offer an airdrop. Without being consciously vigilant, I clicked on the claim button, leading me to approve a contract. On the second attempt, the transaction appeared incomplete, but I dismissed it, thinking it was a mere approval process. However, upon the third attempt, I became suspicious and decided to check my wallet, only to discover that both my ADA and XRP tokens were missing.
While this may seem like a simple oversight, it appears that someone is intentionally exploiting this bug and creating various websites to execute these thefts. The critical question arises: Who stands to gain from such malicious activities?
