Semler Scientific (NASDAQ: SMLR) has bolstered its Bitcoin reserves by purchasing 185 Bitcoin for $20 million between May 23 and June 3, 2025. This purchase raises the company's total Bitcoin holdings to 4,449 Bitcoin, valued at approximately $472.9 million based on current market prices.
Funding for this operation was sourced through the direct investment offering program (ATM) launched on April 15, 2025, which raised the company $136.2 million from the sale of 3.54 million shares.
To date, Semler Scientific has achieved a year-to-date return of 26.7% on its Bitcoin investments, highlighting the effectiveness of its strategy to integrate Bitcoin into its financial operations.
