What's currently holding up the market is something many people don't see.
There's a risk the Fed will revert to a Sutdown like in January, which is why investors are being cautious. Otherwise, the macroeconomic outlook is very favorable for a rise, but as soon as this Sutdown doubt is lifted, the market will surge dramatically. That's the real reason for the market's stagnation. There is a high risk of another government shutdown in the United States in January 2026, according to several recent sources. This risk stems primarily from partisan disagreements in Congress over the extension of premium health insurance tax credits (ACA) that expire at the end of 2025, with Republicans blocking Democratic proposals to extend them.Furthermore, appropriations for fiscal year 2026 (particularly for the Department of Labor and HHS) have not yet been finalized, which could lead to a shutdown if no agreement is reached by then, potentially affecting agencies like the EPA. If December ends without an agreement between the two sides, we'll be back in a shutdown, and that's a confirmed bear market.
The price of BTC fell below 100k to gather liquidity, not to break the structure. The 90k-100k zone is where protection and accumulation align. As soon as BTC breaks above 110k, the rally will follow. Keep an eye on 120k and above for the next move.
Bullish mode still active
The BLS will release its NFP data late on Tuesday the 16th.
If (October NFP + November NFP) ≤ 150,
this indicates a full macroeconomic recovery and we will observe a market rally.

📅 December 9, 1899 – Commemoration of the Niamey Massacre
On this day, we remember one of the darkest episodes in Niger's history: the Niamey Massacre, which occurred on December 9, 1899, during the Voulet-Chanoine colonial expedition.
Under the command of Paul Voulet and Julien Chanoine, this French mission, which had spiraled out of control, was traversing the region in a climate of extreme violence.
In Niamey, their troops committed a deadly massacre, leaving hundreds of victims among the local population – men, women, and children. Some historical accounts mention more than 300 deaths, others even more, so great was the atrocity.
This December 9th remains a symbol of:
the brutality of colonial campaigns,
the price paid by the peoples of West Africa,
and the silent resistance of those who suffered and will never be forgotten.
Today, we honor the memory of the victims and remember that history, however painful, must be told so that future generations understand, learn, and stand up for the dignity of all peoples.
🕊️ May their souls rest in peace. Let us remember.
