Fully agree that those 3 points are fundamental for any crypto investor, but I think there’s a frequent confusion between rules of prudence and what risk management really is.
Using Stop-Loss or diversifying are execution tools and strategies. Risk management is the mathematical calculation of your capital: defining what percentage of your account you risk per trade, calculating the position size (position sizing) based on that risk, and maintaining a positive risk/reward ratio. Without that quantitative part, the Stop-Loss alone doesn’t guarantee good risk management.
Using Stop-Loss or diversifying are execution tools and strategies.
