Asian markets have opened under heavy pressure, with South Korea's KOSPI index dropping more than 2.2% as bears wake up and investors rush to take profits. Here is what is driving the turbulence: The AI Bubble Concern: Growing worries that valuations and investments across the Artificial Intelligence value chain have become excessively inflated are triggering broad profit-taking. Tech Heavyweights Hit: Major industry giants like Samsung Electronics and SK hynix faced intense selling pressure, dragging the broader benchmark down. How traders are navigating the storm: 1️⃣ Avoid Catching Falling Knives: Refraining from jumping into falling traditional equities while strong downward pressure remains. 2️⃣ Crypto Capital Rotation: Many long-term investors are watching closely to see if liquidity fleeing traditional tech sectors rotates into crypto as a potential DCA (Dollar-Cost Averaging) opportunity. 3️⃣ Strict Risk Management: Emphasizing proper stop-losses to protect trading accounts from broader market contagion. How are you positioning your portfolio amid these macro shifts? Let’s discuss below! 👇 #CryptoTrading #AISelloff #SouthKoreaMarket #MarketCrash
