Binance Alpha is the first project that ordinary people should participate in to enter the crypto world.
I entered the crypto world in October 2023. After going through ups and downs, I have overall lost about 20,000 RMB.
However, this year I seized the opportunity with Binance Alpha. I was among the first group of people to participate in the Binance Alpha activities, starting in April this year. The early participants have seen substantial profits, and I have made about 90,000 RMB with three accounts.

I think it's more accurate to say that the paid environment for tool-oriented software is indeed poor, while the paid environment for lifestyle-oriented software is gradually improving.
Why do we willingly pay for a software? I think there are three main reasons:
First, high usage frequency on a daily basis, such as JD membership, 88VIP, Ele.me membership, Didi membership, Huazhu Club membership, etc., covering daily needs like food, clothing, housing, and transportation.
Second, personal enjoyment and improved quality of life, such as iQiyi and Youku VIP, NetEase Cloud Music and QQ Green Diamond membership, B站大会员 and charging.
Third, work, efficiency, and monetization needs, such as WPS membership, Baidu Netdisk membership, Adobe suite membership, video editing membership, Office suite membership, etc.
The target audience for these needs narrows down layer by layer, and so does the willingness to pay.
The reason AI products struggle to gain paid adoption in China, I believe, is because they fall into the third category. For ordinary people, beyond casual entertainment, AI products are mainly used by professionals for work purposes. Therefore, there's little motivation for the general public to pay for trial experiences.
Additionally, although our country is becoming increasingly powerful, the current situation is one of consumption downgrade. Middle- and lower-income people are unwilling to spend money. Not only are they hesitant to pay for AI products, but many also can't afford the second-tier paid video and music software.
If one day AI monetization becomes easier and allows a significant number of young people to earn money through AI, the paid AI market might finally see a turning point.
