🌎 The global money supply has hit a new record — $121.9 trillion.
In the last two years, the world has seen an increase of $17.1 trillion in cash, and the money printer is revving up again, with a growth rate of 7–8% per year.
– As of the end of March 2026, 4.33 million Ukrainians are under temporary protection – that's down by 68,980 people (−1.6%) since February. – The biggest drop: Italy −30,365 (−47.4%), Czech Republic −19,810, Finland −8,080. Reason: expiration of permits that need to be renewed annually. – At the same time, in 14 countries the number has increased: Germany +7,480, Spain +2,665, Romania +2,125. This could indicate internal migration between EU countries.
💬 The most Ukrainians are taken in by: – Germany – 1.27 million (29.4%). – Poland – 961 thousand (22.2%). – Czech Republic – 379 thousand (8.8%).
In the past two weeks, airlines have removed 2 million seats and 13 thousand flights from schedules worldwide.
⚙️ Why is this happening?
Due to events in Iran, aviation fuel prices have nearly doubled – from $85–90 to $150–200 per barrel. For airlines, this accounts for 25–30% of all expenses.
Meanwhile, demand for flights is at a record high. Still, airlines are cutting routes because flying has become unprofitable.
📍 What could happen?
Analysts are already discussing a scenario where prices become so high that people simply stop flying. This creates a downward spiral: fewer passengers → fewer flights → even higher prices.
As a result, on routes between Europe and Asia, ticket prices could soon soar not by 10–20%, but by multiples.
If fuel prices don't sharply decline, mass bankruptcies among airlines will start as well.
Some analysts are stating outright: in the worst-case scenario, the market could revert to a model where international flights become a premium service again, rather than a mass product.
According to research by Robert Walters, 71% of middle management report facing pressure from their subordinates.
This widespread phenomenon is known as upward bullying, which is essentially bottom-up harassment.
⚙️ How it looks
Employees ignore tasks, miss deadlines, sabotage decisions, and undermine authority during calls. Formally, it's hard to pin down: it all seems like a 'misunderstanding'. But 75% of middle managers are already reporting burnout.
Complaining upward is pointless: HR usually sides with employees, and top management believes that 'the boss should handle it themselves'.
📍 Why this is happening
The average manager finds themselves caught between upper management and their team below – without real power but with all the responsibility.
52% of Gen Zers no longer want to become managers. 69% consider this role 'too stressful for insufficient rewards'.
📊 National Debt Per Capita (2026): USA vs. Europe vs. Ukraine – USA: $111.7k. – France: $56.4k. – Germany: $36.8k. – Poland: $14.4k. – Ukraine: $7.2k. – So, the average American is holding 15.5 times more debt than a Ukrainian, and nearly 8 times more than a Pole.
💬 The numbers look stark, but the economy is a different game – the USA has a different income level, GDP, and capacity to service that debt.
#Macro 💵 The US national debt could skyrocket to $182 trillion – Back in 1940, the federal debt was just $51 billion. – Today, it's nearly hit $40 trillion. – According to Visual Capitalist's forecast, by 2056 the debt might reach $182 trillion. – We're expecting an increase of about $10 trillion every 1-2 years.

52-year-old actress Shannon Elizabeth, known for the movie 'American Pie', raked in over 1,000,000 dollars in her first week on 'OnlyFans'.
"In Hollywood, I worked within a system where others controlled my image and the trajectory of my career. At this new stage, I want to flip the script, show a more sensual side that no one has seen before, and get closer to my fans," said Elizabeth.
Emma Watson — after wrapping up Harry Potter, she unexpectedly faded from the big screen. Despite global fame and huge demand, the actress didn’t actively build her career and appeared only rarely.
The reason isn’t a lack of roles, but her personal choice: Watson didn’t want to live under the constant pressure of the industry, with endless shoots, interviews, and publicity. She consciously took a pause, focusing on herself and life outside of cinema.
In recent years, she has hardly been seen on screens, and the only notable return was her role in Little Women — after which silence returned once again. What do you think?

SHE EATS EGGS FOR BREAKFAST AND DOESN'T COUNT CALORIES
Her morning starts with a glass of water, then eggs cooked in coconut oil with veggies. If she's really hungry, she adds oatmeal with fruits. She sticks to the 80/20 rule: 80% healthy foods, 20% treats.
WORKOUTS: 75 MINUTES, 5 DAYS A WEEK
No magic here. She lifts weights and does a ton of exercises: long jumps, the "farmer's walk" (walking with dumbbells), deadlifts, and kettlebell squats. Cardio comes at the end.

Christina Aguilera's appearance at a recent awards show unexpectedly sparked a heated discussion — and the focus shifted not so much to her outfit but rather her looks.
The artist chose a black form-fitting dress with a leather corset and a sheer skirt, complementing it with a dazzling necklace, a short haircut with bangs, and a minimalistic nude makeup look. Visually, the overall look was polished and quite striking.
But the audience's attention veered in another direction. In the comments, many began discussing changes in the singer's appearance: some noted that she was hard to recognize, while others said her features looked different than before. And here, as often happens, opinions were divided: some take such changes in stride, while others react quite emotionally.
In the end, the discussion is less about her appearance and more about a broader question — where is the line between the desire to maintain youthfulness and natural appearance?
What do you think about this: is it just a new phase in her image or has it gone too far?
Amu Hadji from the Iranian province of Fars lived for decades in a pit on the edge of the village, feeding on carrion and smoking dung.
