Chainlink (LINK) has just received one of the most eye-catching long-term price forecasts in the crypto market.
Standard Chartered has set a $200 price target for LINK by the end of 2030. That would represent roughly a 24–25× increase from its recent price around $8.
Why such a bullish outlook? Chainlink is becoming increasingly important as blockchain technology moves beyond cryptocurrencies and into tokenized real-world assets, traditional finance, and cross-chain applications.
Standard Chartered expects tokenized assets on blockchains to grow dramatically, potentially reaching $4 trillion by the end of 2028. If that happens, demand for reliable blockchain data and interoperability could increase significantly—and Chainlink is positioned as a major infrastructure provider in this space.
The bank's projected path is also interesting: approximately $13 in 2026, $41, $82, $133, and finally $200 by 2030.
Of course, $200 is a forecast, not a guarantee. LINK would need substantial growth in adoption, tokenization, cross-chain activity and overall crypto markets to reach that level.
But if Chainlink truly becomes one of the main "infrastructure rails" connecting traditional finance with blockchain…
