FROM MY OLD BOTS TO ACTIVELY MANAGED GRIDSReview from October 12 to November 2, 2026 · 22 days In my previous v6.3 report, I reported +5.17% over 7 days of active trading. Since then, my approach has evolved: a more targeted selection of movements, more observation before entering, and active management of Futures grids. 🔎 WHAT HAS CHANGED I look for quiet phases followed by an exceptional acceleration in price and executed buys. I then wait for buying pressure to fade and for the first signs of a downturn to appear on the one-minute candles.

That’s the legit question everyone should be asking. The gross PnL (+20.51%) is the sum of individual trade performances. But each position only represents 15–20% of the total capital — not 100%. So a trade at +3% only adds about +0.45–0.60% to the overall capital.

Recap of 10 days of development on my Binance Spot trading bot, from v1 to v6.8.1. Architecture built entirely from scratch, iteration by iteration. In the last 24 hours: win rate 62.5%, cumulative net PnL +18.31%, gain/loss ratio 1.46. The main edge comes from the runner momentum mode (WR 75%, +5.67%) and secured partial sells (WR 100%, +11.90%). The only real value destroyer identified: aggressive kill time (−3.00%), already fixed. 11 major fixes applied since v5.4: elimination of shorts in BTC uptrend, intelligent kill time, runner hold zone, nighttime momentum, sniper deadzone 03h–12h, filters 15m + absolute volume + anti-distribution, cooldown TP reduced to 1h, reduced allocation on short history. Realistic projection: +0.6% to +1.8%/day in normal market, +2% to +4% in strong momentum. Not statistically validated — 50+ trades per mode required. Next step: v6.9 with a pre-momentum watchlist to enter moves earlier without lowering signal quality.

Incident Report | April 30 Critical bug identified and patched live tonight. What happened Discrepancy between the amount tracked by the bot and the actual balance on Binance → SL execution impossible → infinite error loop. Affected 3 pairs (FLOW, CTSI, ZEC). Manual intervention required each time. The fix — v5.3.1 Before each sell, the bot now checks the actual balance on Binance and uses the lesser of what it thinks it has and what is actually available. If balance = 0 (manual sell already done), automatic state cleanup. Error loop impossible. Daily impact Despite the bug: +2.17% on the day. Bot v5.3.1 online since 20:42. 🟢
