🫡Why did the Fed's first interest rate cut cause the market to collapse??? (The first time, mind you). 🤓🤓🤓 Let me give you a few examples of the sharp market drops in the U.S. S&P 500 index. - In 2001 (Dotcom bubble) after the Fed's first rate cut, it took 3 years for the S&P 500 index to return to its previous peak before the rate cut. - In 2008 (Financial crisis) after the Fed's first rate cut, it also took 3 years for the S&P 500 index to regain the 2007 level. - In 2020 when the Fed cut rates, the market also saw continuous sell-offs, and it took over a year to recover. 🥰🥰🥰 So what are the reasons that the Fed's first rate cut caused such a significant market collapse? 🧐There are 4 main reasons: 1️⃣. The Fed cutting rates is a signal of a weak and struggling economy, making investors concerned about withdrawing capital, especially in volatile markets like crypto. 2️⃣. The market had grown strongly during the rate hike period; when rates are cut, it seems the market has peaked and needs correction. 3️⃣. The margin borrowing rate was pushed up high in anticipation of the Fed's rate cut. 4️⃣. Time is needed for the Fed's policies to take effect. 🚫🚫🚫So whatever you do, don't fomo when the market is rising on the day the rate cut is announced (the market won't rise gradually, it will rise slowly, slowly, making you regret not getting in). There are many stocks that will run to that deadline. 🥰 Finally: this is a personal opinion, not investment advice. No one is going to compile these hidden truths for you. No one works and gets insulted for being stupid and still continues. All for the Vietnamese community that is not easily led astray 😍 #MarketPullback #BTC #ETH #Fed #FOMO
🤔Many people ask me how to play in this market. This is my way of playing, I don't encourage others to follow. Just read for reference. -------------- ✅️Ad's Long position is still open since BTC 109 and hasn't cut any orders, there have been times when DCA has dropped significantly. If BTC breaks 104, I will cut the order and think it will be a downtrend. ✅️I will FOMO before September 17th. I will cut all orders before the interest rate announcement. For the following 2 reasons: 1️⃣Reducing interest rates when the US economy is weak will only lead to a short increase in FOMO trading and then a significant drop. 2️⃣If interest rates are not reduced, there will also be short selling. ----> In general, whether there is a reduction in interest rates or they remain the same, you will still face losses. The only difference is that reducing interest rates leads to a long-term downtrend, while keeping rates the same leads to a short-term downtrend.. 🤫🤫🤫 Important note: this is my way of trading. Each person has their own thoughts, ideas, and different ways of playing 😃 #BTC #ETH
As a part-time trader, one or two trades a day like this is enough for me. Timeframes for entering trades: - Day trading: Check the 1h chart for the trend, then use the 15m or 5m chart to find an entry. - Trading the 3d and weekly charts: Check the 4h chart for the trend, then use the 1h chart to enter. Note: If you trade on higher timeframes, you’ll need a bit more capital, and every trade should have a clearly defined stop loss or a partial stop loss, guys. ✅️ But it’s best to quit FT. Whether you’re new or trying to win back losses on FT out of frustration, sooner or later you’ll end up with nothing.
The charts have been looking weird lately. You look at Dom and Oil, just waiting for them to drop, and right when they’re about to, old Trump opens his mouth—so Dom and Oil take off again. - In this market, the more real something is, the more likely it is to die. Let’s see how long old Trump can keep yapping; I’ll wait and see how long it takes for Dom and Oil to crash. #BTC #ETH
Why is the market falling? Nothing’s really going on—Trump is running his mouth again, even though there are no talks with Iran. Everyone, just ignore it and get on with your lives. If you keep listening to Trump changing his tune morning and evening, you could end up losing everything. The market is just coming back to retest supply and demand; Bitcoin is testing the 81.8–82 range. Once that’s done, Trump will be running his mouth again tonight, saying peace talks are underway. Peace for everyone. #BTC
I hear Trump and Iran may sign some kind of deal this week involving a ceasefire and reopening the Strait of Hormuz. Between now and the deal, I think there’ll be at least one more liquidity sweep before things recover—just a liquidity sweep. I don’t think it’ll crash too hard. #BTC
Sheesh, hope there’s no bloodbath next week. All positions should be moved to a positive SL, or set an SL immediately if futures crash 3–5%; same for spot if it drops more than 7%. Hopefully it’s all just a hunch. Better safe than sorry, everyone. #BTC #ETH
Last night, the old man made a pretty nice sweep and bounce. ✅️ One thing you guys need to remember: our old man and gold really like inflation. The higher inflation gets in the short term, the more likely the old man is to sweep down—scooping up liquidity and snatching your coins. But in the long run, he’ll keep going up and up. 🆙️ As for deflation, check your feed and dig up the old post about which coins go up 🤩 ------------------ ⏯️ Now that we’ve got a compass, keep an eye out for a sweep, then get in or open a Long. #BTC #ETH
Bitcoin and altcoins tested the bottom with a bounce, then went up. A young guy came in to say it was nonsense, and later asked again, “What’s the take-profit?” Is it that hard to believe Mr. BTC could change people’s minds? 😋😋😋 #BTC #ETH
Stop messing with these young people. I posted first and clearly stated the timeline like this, but the young ones are still being stubborn. If I don't block them, I'd be too guilty on my conscience—#BTC #ETH
Recently there’s a guy posting losses, and the money he lost could amount to a few billion. I hope everyone takes that as a lesson and recognizes that the future is gambling. Gambling will always have winners and losers, but the future is even worse—when you subtract all costs, the total for both sides turns into a negative number. What you need to do is ride the wave: aim to profit a bit or at least reduce losses; don’t go against the trend, and also get rid of junk coins. When the market is up, only watch for small pullback timeframes to enter a trade—don’t short. And ads have reminded you many times: don’t short when the market hasn’t rejected yet and hasn’t retested. Wishing everyone gets back to shore soon after these painful days #BTC #ETH
