We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with an issue we are experiencing with the Red Packet service. Some users are seeing a message saying their accounts do not meet the requirements to receive the gift, even though they want to participate and benefit from this feature.

Binance, Please Review My Red Packet Restriction — Users Deserve Answers!
I am raising my concern about an unresolved issue with Binance Red Packets, and I hope this message reaches the Binance team.
Previously, I was able to participate in Red Packet rewards through Binance Live and Binance Square. However, I later started receiving an “Ineligible” message and became unable to claim these rewards.
I contacted Binance Support and was informed that the restriction could last for several weeks. Yet, I still need a clear explanation of what caused this restriction, how long it will last, and what steps I must take to resolve it.
There is another problem: when I tried to submit an appeal, I could not find a suitable Red Packet category. The available options included Binance Pay Crypto, Payment CRYPTObox, and Fantastique Deals Promotion, but none clearly addressed my issue.
My requests to Binance are simple:
Explain the specific reason for my Red Packet restriction.
Clarify the duration of the restriction and its expected end date.
Provide an appropriate appeal option for Red Packet issues.
Review my account fairly and restore my eligibility if the restriction was applied in error.
I respect Binance’s efforts to protect its platform against abuse and fraudulent activity. However, users also deserve transparency, accessible support, and a fair opportunity to appeal restrictions affecting their accounts.
I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for a clear explanation and a fair review.

I am writing this article to raise a serious concern affecting users who are unable to claim Red Packet rewards because of a message stating:
“Our system has detected abnormal behavior during this claim attempt.”
Behind this message are real users, real frustration, and unanswered questions. Some users may have spent weeks waiting for a resolution, without receiving a clear explanation of what triggered the restriction or when their access might be restored.
This raises an important question: Is it fair for legitimate users to continue facing restrictions without a transparent explanation or an effective way to challenge the decision?
1. Security Is Essential, but Fairness Is Equally Important
Nobody disputes Binance's right to protect its platform against fraud, abuse, automated claims, or violations of its rules. A secure platform benefits everyone.
However, security measures must also be accurate, proportionate, and transparent.
When a system flags an account for allegedly abnormal behavior, affected users deserve to understand the nature of the restriction, to the extent that security considerations permit. They should have access to a meaningful review process rather than being left uncertain about their status.
An automated warning may be a useful starting point for an investigation, but it should not automatically become the end of the conversation.
Protecting a platform and protecting legitimate users are not opposing goals. They must go hand in hand.
2. Why Should Legitimate Users Bear the Consequences of Other People's Actions?
If certain individuals exploit Red Packet campaigns or violate the rules, the appropriate response is to investigate the evidence and apply proportionate measures to the accounts responsible.
But users who have not knowingly violated any rules should not be left feeling that they are being punished without a fair opportunity to explain their situation.

Provide affected users with a clear explanation of the general reason for the restriction, while preserving the security of Binance's detection systems.

Ensure users can request a human review when they believe an automated decision is incorrect.
Fourth: Communicate reasonable timelines.
Users should not be left indefinitely wondering whether their restrictions will be lifted.
Fifth: Apply proportionate measures.
Where misconduct is established, address it appropriately. Where a mistake is identified, correct it promptly.
These are reasonable expectations for a platform serving a global community.
5. A Message to Binance Leadership
Dear Binance Leadership,
Your community is not merely a collection of accounts and transactions. It consists of people who invest their time, participate in campaigns, share content, and contribute to the platform's growth.
Their concerns deserve to be heard.
We are not asking Binance to abandon its security policies. We are asking for those policies to be applied fairly, with meaningful review procedures and clear communication.
A platform's strength is measured not only by how effectively it detects abuse, but also by how responsibly it handles the people affected by its decisions.
If users violate the rules, investigate the evidence and take appropriate action. If users are restricted by mistake, give them a fair chance to have that mistake corrected.
No legitimate user should have to feel powerless simply because a system has flagged an account.
