Missions and credits are only available in FC Shakhtar Fanverse. The number of Shakhtar Credits a user will receive upon successful completion of a mission and the mission list above may be updated from time to time.
New users must create a Binance account and complete account verification via this link on Shakhtar Fanverse to unlock the relevant Shakhtar Credits from the registration task. Persons who refer their friends must have referred their friends through their dedicated referral links on FC Shakhtar Fanverse in order to receive the relevant Shakhtar Credits once their friends have successfully completed account verification. Users who use other links to open a Binance account will not be given Shakhtar Credits to sign up; Similarly, people who use another invite link to invite their friends to Binance will not be given invite task Shakhtar Credits.
For tasks related to Match Prediction competitions, please note that after participating in a Match Prediction competition, users will be able to complete multiple tasks simultaneously depending on the final match score and match result of the relevant match. FC Shakhtar Fan Club:
Users residing outside of Ukraine will be required to cover all logistics and delivery costs associated with redeeming and receiving physical rewards. FC Shakhtar will provide information regarding relevant shipping costs. If users do not wish to bear the costs of claiming the rewards, the rewards will be considered forfeited.
All logistics costs associated with the distribution of FC Shakhtar products and fan experiences may be taxable and will be borne by the user.
Rewards will not be available in certain jurisdictions or to certain users, subject to legal and regulatory requirements and at the discretion of FC Shakhtar.
Once users have redeemed their rewards, FC Shakhtar will contact users via email within two weeks to confirm the rewards have been redeemed and, if necessary, obtain additional information to facilitate the distribution of the rewards.
Users must respond to FC Shakhtar within seven days of receiving the email notification. Otherwise, rewards will be forfeited.
All fan experiences are subject to change due to unforeseen events. Binance Fan Token and FC Shakhtar reserve the right to replace experience rewards with a similar experience or product at their discretion.
Fan experiences do not include accommodation and transportation. Eligible users must provide their own accommodation and transportation.
No refunds or cash equivalents will be offered for prizes.
Promotion 1 and 2:
Users may receive less token voucher rewards than the amount shown on the page depending on past Binance activities. For example, new users can receive USDT token vouchers worth less than $1 from Promotion 1; Those who invite friends can receive SANTOS or USDT token vouchers worth less than $9 for each successful invite as part of Promotion 2.
The final value of token coupons to be received may change due to market fluctuation.
All token voucher rewards will be distributed to eligible users within 14 business days after the user claims the reward on FC Shakhtar Fanverse. Users can log in and redeem their coupons via Profile > Rewards Platform.
Token voucher rewards will expire 30 days after distribution. Eligible users must use their coupons before the period expires. Learn how to use token coupons.
Binance reserves the right to revoke users' right to receive rewards if any dishonest behavior is committed within the account (e.g. illegally mass-registered accounts, self-dealing transactions).
