The first lesson I learned from Jack Ma and CZ: Protecting the user. When I was studying at Jack Ma's Hupan University, he repeatedly emphasized the importance of protecting users. At Alibaba, the priority of users is above investors, partners, and employees.

Later, when I started my own business, during the past eleven years of entrepreneurship, I saw another exemplary model of user priority, CZ. Users should always be placed at the top of all interest distributions.

This is not easy to achieve. We should constantly remind ourselves that the interests of the users are always the top priority, surpassing those of everyone else.
