🔥Update on the person who lost $68 million dollars to "steering poisoning."
In previous reports we saw the case of a person who lost about 1,155 WBTC ($68 million at the time) by miscopying an address, due to address poisoning.
There is a new update on the case, and that is that the cybercriminal has sent a message to the victim, along with a transaction of 51 #ETH ($151,600).
This message, sent through an IDM, indicates that the victim leaves their telegram so that the scammer can contact them.
Days before, the victim sent a first message to the cybercriminal, offering him to return 90% of the funds and keep 10%. Otherwise they were going to track him down and take action.
