Cboe Global Markets has updated five spot Bitcoin ETF applications to include surveillance-sharing agreements (SSAs) with Coinbase. The amended filings, submitted to the US SEC, cover ETFs from Invesco, VanEck, WisdomTree, Fidelity, and a joint fund by ARK Invest and 21Shares. The SSAs, settled on June 21, are designed to meet SEC standards for preventing fraud and protecting investors. Meanwhile, Coinbase is currently involved in a lawsuit with the SEC over allegations of offering unregistered securities.
