The exploiter behind the $46 million KyberSwap crypto theft has demanded civility from the platform's executives and tokenholders, threatening to delay negotiations otherwise. In an on-chain message, the exploiter announced plans to release a statement about a potential treaty with KyberSwap on Nov. 30, but warned against further hostilities. KyberSwap initially proposed a bounty deal, asking the hacker to return 90% of the stolen funds and keep the remaining 10%. However, they later threatened legal action when the hacker didn't comply. KyberSwap has already recovered $4.67 million from the exploit.
