The judge questioned: "Why did Do Kwon run away?"
SEC presented evidence: Do Kwon owns 92% of Terra's shares, and South Korea charged him after the collapse, so this is why he fled to Montenegro;
SEC showed the court Do Kwon's tweets: ironic answers to investors + UST prices will "self-repair" and guarantee that they will return to the peg of $1, thereby misleading investors;
SEC seems to be biased in blaming all this on Do Kwon;

So the SEC fully believes that: Terraform Labs and Do Kwon fraudulently concealed Jump Trading’s role in manipulating UST;
