Terms and condition:
These terms and conditions ("Terms of Operation") govern the user's participation in the Golden Egg Giveaway activity ("Activity"). By participating in this Activity, users agree to the following Terms of Activity and additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Rewards Program; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy; are all incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.
In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Operating Terms and any other terms incorporated therein, the provisions of these Operating Terms shall prevail, subject to are the following terms in this order of precedence and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance's terms and conditions for the prize promotion; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice.
The Golden Egg Giveaway welcome gifts are limited in number and will be allocated automatically on a first come, first served basis with eligible registrations. Users from eligible regions who register for a Binance account via the link with the Golden Egg Giveaway welcome gift during the Activity Period must complete KYC before 20:00 April 30, 2024 (UK Time) to receive the corresponding welcome gift.
Binance will use 65,000 USD as the BTC/USD rate used for reward distribution. The actual value of the rewards received may change due to market fluctuations.
Please log in to Binance app and check the welcome gift you received by visiting Account Center > Other Services > Gifts and Campaigns > Gifts mine. Read Binance Giveaway Terms and Conditions for more details.
Users can only trade tokens received from the welcome gift. These tokens cannot be withdrawn from the user's account until the user reaches a total expected trading volume equivalent to 50 USDT on any spot and margin trading pair after receiving the welcome gift.
After completing KYC and accumulating the required total trading volume, the welcome gift will be unlocked and users can withdraw tokens from 14:00 (Vietnam Time) the next day.
Token voucher rewards will expire within 30 days after allocation.
Users can log in and redeem their voucher token rewards in the Account >Rewards Station section.
The validity of the cash voucher is 14 days from the date of allocation. Please refer to how to redeem your voucher.
Each sub-account will not be considered an independent account when participating in this activity. The sub-account's trading volume will be added to the main account's total trading volume.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify a user from receiving rewards if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g. wash trading, registering a large number of illegal accounts, self-trading or market manipulation).
Binance reserves the right to determine the final outcome of this activity.
Binance reserves the right, at its sole discretion and/or to modify or change these Terms of Operation at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to cancellation, extension, termination or suspension these Activities, the terms and eligibility criteria, the selection and number of winners, the timing of any action, and all users are subject to these amendments.
