Plotting our fib at the lowest wick #ARPA made 380 days ago at $0.02378 seems to have a 61.8% area rejection. Price has made a short bullish movement today with 10.36% surge but has failed. We've yet to reach max support at around $0.04-0.05. Still waiting for its next big move.

#ARPA has now seen a plummet of 51.52% of price since its $0.13 surge last May 27. The daily chart is still bullish as it is above the MA100, and a 2nd rally is inevitable. Right now, the bottom is still unknown but key levels and possible retracements have been plotted.
