The cross-chain bridge Stargate initiated a community proposal vote, proposing to disable the Fantom liquidity pool and cross-chain path in order to reduce the risks of Stargate and its liquidity providers.
According to the proposal, the STG emission in the Fantom liquidity pool will be set to 0, the Fantom liquidity pool will be disconnected from all other pools, any USDC POL will be removed and unwound through Multichain, and then POL will be deposited into the Ethereum USDC pool, while the existing LP will be whitelisted to redeem their LP to any other chain.
