🌐 James Phelan, the former federal prosecutor, announced that the " .SEC " should present its initial petition by March 22.
🫥 Ripple must also provide its answer by April 22.
In its petition, the SEC is expected to demand fines and ban XRP from being sold to entities that violate securities laws.
