🚨 The USA will appeal the decision of the Montenegrin court, which decided to extradite Terraform Labs' co-founder Do Kwon to South Korea. Kwon's lawyer, Goran Rodic, stated that Kwon will be extradited to South Korea after March 23. The US Department of Justice announced that they will continue to seek Kwon's extradition. After Kwon lost billions of dollars in investor funds following Terra's collapse in mid-2022, he fled to Montenegro and was arrested on charges of possessing false documents. 🌐
