BTC 📈 price surpassed $67,000. Does it make sense to sell and wait for a pullback to buy?$
We think not. Selling BTC and waiting for a retracement when there is no sign of a reversal is risky for several reasons:
- The approval of the Bitcoin ETF is recent, some institutions have not yet entered the market.
- Interest rates are still stagnant and could fall at any time, thereby injecting more liquidity into risky markets.
- Many billions are invested in US Treasuries due to high interest rates. However, a fall in rates will push them towards risky assets such as stocks and cryptocurrencies.
- After the halving, the scarcity of BTC could make it difficult for institutions such as BlackRock to acquire it, which could lead to continued price increases.
The best strategy to take full advantage of the cycle is to hold onto your bitcoins, not give in to FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out), and continue to invest regularly thanks to DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) even if prices fall.
