Circle reports $865 million in Q3: USDC grows and Arc enters public phase

Circle published its third-quarter 2026 results on November 4, 2026. The company reported $865 million in revenue and reserve income, up 17% year over year; net income from continuing operations of $226 million (+5%); and adjusted EBITDA of $317 million (+85%). The company reported these figures and marked its statements as unaudited.

The stablecoin landscape is mixed. Average USDC circulation was $73.3 billion (+8%) and on-chain transaction volume reached $13.9 trillion (+49%), but reserve income fell 8% to $658 million as the reserve return rate dropped 61 basis points to 3.5%. Circulation at quarter-end was $73.9 billion, unchanged from the prior year, and Circle put its share of the stablecoin market at 27%.

The quarter also included $182 million in revenue from the presale of ARC, the native token of the Arc network. Circle said Arc launched its mainnet on September 16, completed the genesis issuance of 10 billion ARC, and is targeting Proof of Stake in 2027. Binance also announced a $100 million investment in Circle and an expansion of its partnership to promote USDC in emerging markets.

Market snapshot: at 16:37 UTC, Binance Spot showed USDC at 1.00084 USDT (-0.03%), BNB at 719.78 USDT (+3.05%), and ETH at 2,437.93 USDT (+6.23%). These are spot market references and do not prove that the results caused those movements.

Risks to watch: the ARC presale affects revenue comparability, the network transition is still ahead, the Tazapay acquisition is subject to approvals, and Circle lists risks related to reserves, regulation, technology, and adoption. A strong quarter does not guarantee the performance of the ARC token or stable revenue.
