2️⃣ Leaders: The organization affiliated with Hedera, The Hashgraph Association, and the Ministry of Investments of Saudi Arabia have signed a memorandum of $250 million. Within its framework, they will establish a DeepTech venture studio to support local and international startups interested in operating in Saudi Arabia. 💰

3️⃣ CleanSpark Inc.: #Bitcoin miner CleanSpark will acquire three operational cryptocurrency mining enterprises in the state of Mississippi (USA) for $19.8 million, with a combined hash rate of 2.4 EH/s. The deal involves monetary payment and is expected to be closed within three weeks. ⛏️

4️⃣ Binance: The Bitcoin exchange Binance has released the results of its reserves audit, stating an excess coverage of client funds. As of February 1st, the company held 609,477 #BTC and 4,353,718 ETH, surpassing user deposits in leading cryptocurrencies, which amounted to 594,688 BTC and 4,163,085 ETH. The coverage reached 102% and 104%, respectively. For the USDT stablecoin, the coverage was 120%, and for USDC, it was 149%. 📊

5️⃣ Bluesky: On February 6th, Bluesky, a decentralized alternative to the social network X, supported by co-founder and former CEO of Twitter, Jack Dorsey, opened public access after beta testing, which involved more than 3 million users. 🌐
