🧧🎁🌹🧧🎁🌹 Hot sectors and specific areas to watch that will remain relevant in 2026
RWA tokenization: Attracted significant capital in Q3 (including projects like Ondo Finance). Tokenized U.S. Treasuries, private credit, gold/commodities, and more are already live, with the market reaching tens of billions of dollars. Opportunities lie in issuance platforms, compliance tools, and secondary trading.
AI × Crypto: Verifiable AI, privacy-preserving AI inference, AI agent infrastructure, and decentralized computing/data. Multiple projects have raised tens of millions to over $100 million.
Prediction markets: Polymarket and Kalshi have reached valuations in the tens of billions, with institutional capital pouring in. Trading terminals and aggregators are the next wave of opportunities.
DeFi and trading infrastructure: Perpetual DEXs (Hyperliquid has performed particularly well, with large buyback volumes), stablecoin payments, and institutional-grade lending. Capital favors companies with revenue and licenses over pure protocols.
Other tokens to watch (India/global perspective, October picks): Chainlink (LINK, oracles + cross-chain + institutional adoption), Helium (HNT, wireless DePIN), Toncoin (TON, Telegram ecosystem), ICP (decentralized cloud + AI), FIL (decentralized storage), and others.
Airdrop/early participation opportunities (October-related): Some projects have deadlines or points phases (such as the Ammora testnet, MINT, TxFlow, Fables, and others). South Korea's stock market just sent a chilling warning to the world. 📉 KOSPI suffered a brutal selloff, plunging 7.57% on October 15. 💸 Around ₩2,868 trillion in market value was erased from its June peak, according to South Korean market reports. And the biggest question isn't whether AI will change the world. It's whether the profits will justify the BILLIONS being spent to build it. Here's what's worrying investors: ⚠️ Massive AI infrastructure spending. ⚠️ Rising borrowing costs. ⚠️ Sky-high expectations for semiconductor giants like Samsung and SK Hynix. ⚠️ Growing fears that AI investments may take longer to pay off than expected. The uncomfortable truth? A revolutionary technology doesn't automatically make every AI investment profitable. The AI revolution could continue while AI stocks suffer a painful correction. But if spending slows and returns disappoint, today's selloff could be a warning of something much bigger. 🔥 Is this a temporary correction—or the beginning of the AI bubble bursting? What do you think? #AI #StockMarket #Bilverse #KOSPI #CryptoNews
SUI SAID NO TO COPYING ETHEREUM. NOW ITS CO-FOUNDER SAYS THE INDUSTRY IS CATCHING UP 🚀
Years ago, Sui made a controversial decision: build from scratch instead of forking the EVM. Today, co-founder Adeniyi Abiodun believes the direction of the industry is beginning to validate that bet. In crypto, following the crowd can look like the safest strategy. But what if the crowd is building on the wrong foundation? That was the question facing the team behind Sui when it began building its Layer 1 blockchain. According to ChainCatcher, Sui co-founder and Chief Product Officer Adeniyi Abiodun revealed that the team rejected advice from venture capital firms and institutions to fork the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). Instead of taking the easier, more familiar route, the team chose to build its own technology from the ground up. It was a decision that came with a price: more engineering work, more time, and greater execution risk. But Abiodun's message today suggests that the team believes the long-term opportunity justified the sacrifice. 🔥 WHY SUI REFUSED TO FOLLOW THE CROWD The EVM has become one of crypto's most widely adopted execution environments. Forking it can offer developers familiarity and make it easier to tap into an established ecosystem. But Sui's founders saw limitations in simply replicating an existing design. Rather than build another blockchain around what they considered a flawed foundation, they chose a different architectural path. That decision reflects a bigger question facing the industry: Should the next generation of blockchains optimize the systems that already exist—or rethink how blockchains should work in the first place? Sui chose the second approach. And it was willing to take the harder road to get there. ⚡ THE BET WAS BIGGER THAN JUST ANOTHER BLOCKCHAIN Building from scratch is not automatically better. A new architecture must still prove itself through real-world adoption, developer activity, security, reliability, and demand. But the ambition behind Sui was clear: create infrastructure capable of supporting applications that may be difficult to build efficiently on traditional blockchain architectures. Abiodun says current industry trends are increasingly aligning with the team's original thinking. Even more notably, he suggested that some applications developers want to build today have no available alternative to Sui. That is a bold claim—and one that puts the spotlight on what the network can enable as blockchain applications become more demanding. 👀 THE NEXT FEW YEARS COULD BE INTERESTING The blockchain industry has spent years debating scalability, execution environments, developer experience, and the trade-offs between compatibility and innovation. Sui's approach represents one side of that debate: instead of adapting an established model, design a system around a different set of technical assumptions. The real test is whether that approach translates into applications people actually use, sustainable network activity, and a developer ecosystem that continues to grow. If it does, Sui's decision to reject the conventional route could become an important part of its story. If it doesn't, the additional time and risk will have been costly. Either way, the bet is now being tested in the real world. 🚨 THE BIGGER QUESTION FOR CRYPTO What happens when the next wave of blockchain applications demands more than today's dominant architectures can comfortably provide? Will developers continue choosing familiar infrastructure—or will they increasingly look toward networks built around different design principles? Sui is betting on the latter. And Abiodun believes the industry is moving closer to the vision that inspired the project in the first place. The most interesting part isn't that Sui refused to copy the EVM. It's whether building differently will give it an advantage when the next generation of crypto applications arrives. The next few years may provide the answer. 💬 What do you think? Was Sui right to build from scratch instead of forking the EVM—or would compatibility have been the smarter move? #SUI #ETH #Bilverse #Layer1 #CryptoNews
