When the whole market is in the red, PYTH is green all by itself. That’s kind of interesting.

No need to say much about today’s market:
$BTC has slid back to around 81,000
$ETH is even weaker, briefly dropping below $2,400
A quick look through the top 100 coins shows that nearly everything is down

Only $PYTH is moving higher against the trend
It was up nearly 10% at one point during the day
Making it the standout among the top 100

Why?
It’s not just hype around a concept
Its DAO just passed a 100% rule
Simply put, all the revenue from the platform’s products
will go toward monthly PYTH buybacks and be added to the project’s reserves

The third-quarter revenue is right there: about $11.49 million
That’s a substantial year-over-year increase
Oracle businesses are usually quiet
But once buybacks actually happen, the logic clicks
There’s revenue and buying pressure—it’s not an empty narrative

My personal take:
In a falling market, funds like to seek out assets like this
Ones with cash flow and the ability to buy back tokens, as a bit of shelter
They’re a whole different story from projects that rely only on slogans

But let’s pour a little cold water on it 😅
The biggest risk after a rally against the trend is a catch-up drop the next day
Buybacks happen monthly; they’re not buying everything today
If you chase the price, the volatility can still be rough

Would you consider this kind of buyback token?
Or do you think that until the broader market stabilizes, any rally against the trend is just fake strength?
