When I saw the news that Strategy had added 250 $BTC , my first reaction was: That’s it? 😂 Everyone, don’t rush to roast me—hear me out first~ Those 250 coins cost $21.5 million, at an average price of $86,194. Strategy’s total holdings are now up to 848,250 BTC. Doesn’t that number look kind of scary too? But if you look closely at what they did this week, something seems off: In the same week, they spent $192 million buying back STRC preferred shares. The money spent buying $BTC was nowhere near even a fraction of the buyback amount~ Last week was even more dramatic. During the week at the end of September, they spent $28.7 million buying coins and $176 million buying back preferred shares—that’s a full six times more~ What exactly are they up to? Here’s how I see it, though I could be wrong 👇🏻 Strategy is now hemmed in by its own leverage. Preferred shareholders and creditors have priority over common shareholders, and how much $BTC each share represents isn’t the only thing that matters. Cash reserves are the real lifeline. They raised $5.4 billion in Q3—guess how much went directly toward buying Bitcoin? Just 9.5%! The rest went toward building up cash, paying dividends, and buying back preferred shares~ Saylor says “there’s always room to buy more Bitcoin,” but what he’s actually doing is more like “let’s get our own house in order first.” First, keep the preferred shareholders happy, fix up the balance sheet, and set aside $550 million in dollar-denominated reserves—then slowly add to their position 😂 To put it bluntly, this is “defensive accumulation” 😂 Buying 250 coins is for the market to see—a way of saying, “Guys, don’t panic, I’m still buying.” But the really big money has already gone toward buying back preferred shares, which gives them a way out. If Bitcoin goes through another brutal bear market, Strategy needs cash on hand to weather it. Otherwise, if the leverage blows up, nobody can save them~ So, I don’t think we should treat this news as a huge bullish signal and get carried away~ Saylor is still Saylor, but the strategy has changed. Before, it was all in; now, it’s build the bunker first, then move the gold inside. This cycle is different from the ones before. Everyone playing with leverage needs to make sure they survive first before they can talk about conviction~ What do you think? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments 🥳 #Strategy增持250枚比特币 {future}(BTCUSDT) {future}(SNDKUSDT) {future}(SKHYNIXUSDT)

Only after the sands of time have been sifted does gold emerge; only through long years of refinement can we go far. The Web3 space has seen its share of rises and falls. Volatility is a test of the cycle, while market shakeouts separate lasting consensus from the rest. As countless ecosystems fade amid the noise, only those grounded in action and built on genuine self-governance can weather bull and bear markets and endure over time.

After 195 full days of dedicated development, BAPE has laid a solid foundation amid market fluctuations and forged a united, battle-ready community. Built on transparent on-chain mechanisms, centered on community-wide self-governance, and supported by nationwide grassroots outreach, BAPE has cultivated a uniquely resilient ecosystem.

Now BAPE is poised to take off. Online, it continues to build awareness and share its values. I just came across Evernorth’s closing price on its first day of trading: $16.91, down 1.05%, with trading volume of around 1.29 million shares. And $XRP fell even harder—something about this signal doesn’t feel right to me~

At first glance, the drop doesn’t seem that big, right?
But the ride was a real mind game. It surged to $19.38 intraday, up more than 13%, only to give all of that back—and then close in the red…

This price action suggests that the market may talk a good game about the “XRP treasury” concept, but its actions say it’s heading for the exit 😂

There are a few details worth taking a closer look at:

1️⃣ The SPAC redemption rate was as high as 80.3%. What does that mean?
It means that more than 80% of the original SPAC shareholders chose to get their money back and leave before the merger, suggesting that institutions didn’t have much confidence in the deal itself~

2️⃣ The listing itself won’t create demand for XRP. Most of the 473 million $XRP held by Evernorth came from investors exchanging coins they already owned for equity—it wasn’t bought on the open market with fresh cash. When you buy XRPN shares on Nasdaq, your money goes into the seller’s pocket; it doesn’t automatically create buying pressure for XRP~

3️⃣ XRP fell 3.03% that day. That’s the most painful part.
You’d think “the largest XRP treasury listing on Nasdaq” would be a positive narrative, right? 😂 Yet the token itself fell harder than the stock, which suggests the market didn’t treat this as good news at all~

So, does this actually mean anything?

I think that in the long run, it gives traditional investors a compliant, regulated way to gain exposure to $XRP —and that’s real progress. The company has also said it plans to pursue DeFi yield strategies and accumulate more XRP to increase the “X per share.” If it follows through, that could indeed create some buying pressure.

But the problem is, we haven’t seen any execution yet 😂
Put simply, the first-day price action followed the classic “buy the rumor, sell the news” script.
The anticipation had been building for months, but the actual listing turned into an opportunity to sell 😂

One more thing: don’t treat “listed on Nasdaq” as a bullish catalyst for XRP.
There’s only one real catalyst: when Evernorth uses that cash to buy XRP on the open market.
Otherwise, XRPN’s share price and XRP’s price will most likely go their separate ways 😂

Feel free to share your different views in the comments~

Ethereum ETFs saw $542 million in net outflows last week!
BlackRock alone accounted for 88% of that, so this is a signal we should keep an eye on~

I came across some data today that I found pretty interesting,
so I thought I’d share it with everyone 🥰

According to SoSoValue, $ETH spot ETFs saw $542 million in net outflows last week. BlackRock’s ETHA alone saw $477 million flow out, nearly 88% of the total. This isn’t just ordinary “fund rotation.”

So who’s heading for the exits?

BlackRock’s ETHA recorded outflows on all five trading days last week. On Tuesday, it saw $201.9 million in redemptions in a single day—the same day ETHA’s reverse stock split took effect. Institutions choosing this moment to pull out en masse sends us a signal: this isn’t short-term portfolio rebalancing~

Ethereum ETFs as a whole have now seen net outflows for nine consecutive trading days. Nearly $700 million has flowed out since September 29, and Ethereum ETF net assets fell 10% in a week 🤯

Here’s how I see it:
Ethereum ETFs have still had $13.2 billion in cumulative net inflows, so $700 million flowing out over nine days isn’t exactly a devastating blow. Besides, while ETFs are seeing outflows, whales on-chain are buying in—adding 166,000 ETH over 72 hours~

Institutions selling while whales are buying—historically, this kind of picture usually doesn’t mark a market top~

That said, there’s definitely short-term pressure. ETF redemptions mean selling $ETH on the spot market, so the price pressure is still there. But the fundamentals haven’t changed; what has changed is macro investors’ appetite for risk assets.

Just a reminder: don’t let one week of outflows scare you into selling at a loss, and don’t go all in just because whales are buying the dip either. We’re in charge of our own money 🥰

What do you think? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments~

First anniversary: October 11, 2025—the largest liquidation day in crypto history 🤯 How many people did that wick jolt awake? What happened to those who “lucked out and survived”? At 5:19 a.m. this time last year, Bitcoin plunged nearly $5,000 in one minute! Many people were jolted awake by their phones—not by a notification, but by a liquidation text! 1.62 million people lost their positions that same night. Someone posted a screenshot in the group chat: “My trading career is over.” After that, their avatar never lit up again ☹️ The truly cruel thing about that crash wasn’t how far prices fell, but that it happened at a moment when everyone thought “nothing could go wrong.” Just a week earlier, Bitcoin had hit a new all-time high of $126,000. During the National Day holiday, the group chats were full of screenshots showing gains. BNB was heading for $1,300, calls for altcoin season were growing louder, and everyone was discussing “how high this cycle could go.” No one was thinking, “What if prices fall?”~ That day, Trump’s tariff threat sent global risk assets tumbling. $BTC plunged straight from $122,000 to $101,500; $ETH crashed more than 20%; and altcoins were cut in half, then in half again, within minutes… $19 billion in liquidations. 1.62 million accounts wiped out. 90% were long positions! The cruelest part of that night was that most people didn’t lose because they got the direction wrong—they lost because of leverage~ I’ve summed up three lessons from this: 1️⃣ In a bull market, leverage makes you feel like a genius. In the face of a black swan, it leaves you without even a chance to stop your losses. He Yi, Binance co-founder, said something afterward that I still remember: Don’t borrow money to trade crypto. Never! 2️⃣ Collateral can betray you. You think a stablecoin will always be worth $1; you think BNSOL will always track $BNB . But in extreme market conditions, once liquidity dries up, any peg can break~ 3️⃣ Surviving matters more than making money. 1.62 million people were liquidated. Binance later paid out $328 million in compensation, but that was after the fact. The liquidated positions couldn’t be recovered, and shattered confidence is even harder to rebuild~ A year has passed. Bitcoin is still here, and so is the market. But many of those 1.62 million people are no longer at the table ☹️ So risk management isn’t a burden in a bull market—it’s the only thing that can save your life in a bear market. Just saw the news: $XRP P treasury company Evernorth has completed its SPAC merger and will begin trading on Nasdaq next Monday under the ticker XRPN~ Looks like XRP is making a pretty big move this time 🤯 In a nutshell: a company holding 473 million XRP is going public~ What does 473 million XRP mean? At around $1.50 per XRP right now, that stash alone is worth over $700 million. And the big names behind it are no small potatoes: Ripple itself contributed 126 million XRP, and Pantera, Kraken, SBI, and Arrington Capital are all involved~ I think there’s more to this than meets the eye 🤔 Previously, institutions looking to get exposure to XRP had two options: buy the token directly or buy a spot ETF. Now there’s another route: buy XRPN stock. For traditional financial institutions, buying stock comes with far fewer compliance hurdles than buying crypto. Put simply, Evernorth is the “XRP version of MicroStrategy”—except MicroStrategy is all about BTC, while Evernorth is all about XRP. One detail I’m paying close attention to: Ripple’s stake is locked up for six months. That suggests Ripple isn’t looking to sell off in the short term, but is thinking long term. Also, Evernorth isn’t just passively accumulating tokens; it plans to “actively manage its treasury” and increase the “amount of XRP represented by each share” through yield strategies and ecosystem participation. That’s a more sophisticated approach than simply holding tokens—it wants the stock itself to become a kind of “yield-generating asset”~ That said, I also want to talk about the risks: quite a few crypto treasury company SPACs have gone off the rails this year. For example, Ether Machine scrapped its merger plans last year. Whether XRPN can hold up after listing will depend on the price of XRP and whether the company can actually deliver on its yield strategies. Listing on Nasdaq doesn’t automatically mean “easy wins”~ So, what do you think about XRPN going public? Is this a new starting point for institutional adoption of XRP, or just another shell riding the hype? 🤔 Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments~ #XRP财库公司Evernorth完成SPAC合并 $XRP {future}(XRPUSDT) {future}(OPUSDT) {future}(NEARUSDT)
Just saw the news: $XRP P treasury company Evernorth has completed its SPAC merger and will begin trading on Nasdaq next Monday under the ticker XRPN~

Looks like XRP is making a pretty big move this time 🤯

In a nutshell: a company holding 473 million XRP is going public~

What does 473 million XRP mean? At around $1.50 per XRP right now, that stash alone is worth over $700 million. And the big names behind it are no small potatoes: Ripple itself contributed 126 million XRP, and Pantera, Kraken, SBI, and Arrington Capital are all involved~

I think there’s more to this than meets the eye 🤔

Previously, institutions looking to get exposure to XRP had two options: buy the token directly or buy a spot ETF.

That’s a more sophisticated approach than simply holding tokens—it wants the stock itself to become a kind of “yield-generating asset”~

That said, I also want to talk about the risks: quite a few crypto treasury company SPACs have gone off the rails this year.
For example, Ether Machine scrapped its merger plans last year.
Whether XRPN can hold up after listing will depend on the price of XRP and whether the company can actually deliver on its yield strategies. Listing on Nasdaq doesn’t automatically mean “easy wins”~

So, what do you think about XRPN going public? Is this a new starting point for institutional adoption of XRP, or just another shell riding the hype? 🤔

$BTC fell below 81,000, and somehow I’m not as panicked 😂 Honestly, just two days ago we were talking about Bitcoin reaching 90,000. Today it’s at 81,000. That’s a pretty brutal reality check 😂 But my take on this drop might be a little different from most people’s. This isn’t a collapse in fundamentals—it’s a case of leverage getting forcibly squeezed out. More than a billion dollars was liquidated in 24 hours, most of it from long positions. In simple terms, a bunch of people were betting on prices going up with high leverage. Then the price broke through a key level, triggering a cascade of liquidations and forcing them out… This kind of drop doesn’t mean “everyone suddenly realized Bitcoin has no value.” It means “people who borrowed money to bet got forcibly kicked off the ride.” This drop is fundamentally different from last October’s “massacre,” when $19 billion in positions were liquidated~ Last October was a classic one-two punch of “excessive leverage + a black swan.” Funding rates soared above 20% annualized, and the market was overheated. One sharp move was enough to trigger a chain reaction of liquidations. But this time? Funding rates are only around 7%, and liquidations are just one-ninth of what they were at the same time last year. So people might ask: why is the price still falling? Because the macro backdrop really is draining liquidity. The Fed’s September minutes struck a hawkish tone, and the market is pricing in an 85% chance of a December rate hike. The 10-year Treasury yield is above 5.3%, while oil prices are holding above $104 and supporting inflation expectations~ Money is getting more expensive, so risk assets are bound to take a hit. That logic is unavoidable~ Personally, I think $BTC around 80,000 is the psychological line of defense for the bulls in this cycle. If it holds, this will be a decent shakeout; if it doesn’t, liquidation orders around 75,000 will start lining up 😳 JPMorgan estimates that about $50 billion is still set to flow into the market this year. Big money hasn’t pulled out, but it won’t rush to buy the dip in the short term~ As for what to do, I’d suggest reducing leverage first. If you’re holding spot, don’t panic. The people who were liquidated were forcibly closed out by exchanges; they didn’t actively turn bearish. Their “selling” only means they didn’t have enough margin. It doesn’t mean $BTC is done for. Once this wave of forced liquidations passes, the market may actually be a lot cleaner~ What do you think? If you have a different take, feel free to leave a comment~Let’s discuss and exchange ideas 🤩 #比特币跌破8.1万美元 {future}(BTCUSDT) {future}(ETHUSDT) {future}(OGNUSDT)

#Solana⁩ cut block times again! From 250 milliseconds down to 200 milliseconds. Simply put: it used to produce 4 blocks per second, and now it produces 5~ But let’s be clear: it hasn’t “gotten faster”—it’s just “shifted gears” 😂 Think of it this way: Solana used to be a manual car, spending a little longer in each gear but giving you plenty of acceleration with every press of the gas. Now? It’s got a new gearbox that shifts more often, but each push gives you less acceleration. The total fuel consumption hasn’t changed; it just shifts gears more frequently. So don’t expect TPS to skyrocket. Even the team says that “overall throughput will remain roughly the same.” So what do users get? One word: fresher data. On-chain data updates more frequently. Place an order or check a price, and the status refreshes faster. For DeFi users and people running trading strategies, slippage and sudden wicks might improve a tiny bit. But for everyday transfers, buying and selling coins, honestly, the difference will be pretty much zero~ Here’s one thing to watch out for: The validity window for on-chain transactions is getting shorter too. It used to be around 80 seconds; now it’s down to about 40. What does that mean? Say you tap “Confirm transfer,” go get a glass of water or scroll on your phone for a bit, then come back and tap “Confirm” in your wallet—the transaction may already have expired 😂 So you’ll have to be quick 🥳 My personal take: Solana’s direction is crystal clear: it’s going all-in on speed. But you need to understand what it’s betting on. It’s betting that more high-frequency trading, market making, oracles, and other fields that are extremely sensitive to “millisecond-level freshness” will move onto its network. But 200 milliseconds isn’t the finish line—it’s just the new label Solana’s putting on itself~😂 What do you think about this change? #IMF IMF poured a bucket of cold water on tokenization 🤯, but honestly, it’s all just plain facts. Because the data is right there: tokenized buybacks are in the range of tens of billions per day, while the traditional buyback market is only 1.3 trillion per day. The gap isn’t small at all. What’s interesting, though, is that retail investors really do “buy into” 24-hour trading and odd-lot buying/selling. How so? Let me put it in human terms: #IMF just released a report, and the core message is basically one sentence: the tokenized market is growing fast, but the pool is too small—and everything is walled off, like isolated compartments. It’s basically a “small pond.” The numbers are a bit painful: Tokenized buybacks average 300–350 billion USD per day, and tokenized stocks, funds, etc. combined are only 65 billion USD, compare that to: the US traditional buyback market is 13 trillion USD per day, and global capital market assets are 300 trillion USD 🤯 So it means tokenization still can’t even be counted as a fraction of traditional finance. My take: fragmentation is actually an opportunity. IMF talks about “fragmentation” as a problem—things can’t connect between platforms, liquidity is split, and network effects don’t really form. But look at it another way: Fragmentation = early stage. In any emerging market’s early days, it’s basically a mess everywhere. DeFi in 2017 was also a bunch of islands—later, Uniswap gathered liquidity. Tokenization now lacks exactly that kind of “aggregation layer.” So don’t be scared by the “small scale.” 65 billion is tiny by traditional finance standards—but on-chain, it’s already proof that it can work. Going from 0 to 65 billion is hard; going from 65 billion to 650 billion—the path is already clear. But let me also talk about the risks... IMF’s warning isn’t without reason: once the scale gets bigger, the usual problems from traditional finance—sell-offs, bank runs/raids, contagion—will show up too. And because blockchain moves faster, they could hit even harder. 24/7 trading is great, but without circuit breakers and without market-closure buffers, when something goes wrong, you don’t even get a chance to catch your breath. One last note: on the surface, this IMF report is “pouring cold water,” but in reality it’s “pointing the way.” It explains the issues clearly: law, regulation, interoperability, and settlement assets. Whichever of these gets solved, whoever solves them gets to enjoy the next wave of dividends. What do you think about this report?
